Qualitative Analysis Workshop: Doctoral Programs in Economics and Management FEB Unud Enrich Research Methodologies

To broaden research methodology horizons, the Doctoral Study Program in Economics and the Doctoral Study Program in Management of FEB Unud co-hosted a "Qualitative Analysis Method Workshop" on Friday (09/13/2024). Held at the BI Building, 3rd Floor, Denpasar Campus, the event aimed to explore the potential of contemporary research beyond quantitative approaches.

The workshop featured an expert speaker, Prof. Dr. Dra. Asfi Manzilati, M.E., a Professor from Universitas Brawijaya. In her presentation, she emphasized that qualitative methods offer deep insights and analysis highly relevant to studying human behavior in economics and business. This session was designed to encourage students to utilize qualitative approaches, which are increasingly accepted by reputable international journals.

The event was attended by lecturers and students from both doctoral programs. Through this workshop, the academic community's competence in writing dissertations and conducting qualitative research is expected to improve significantly, resulting in more comprehensive, innovative, and globally competitive scientific works.
